General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, document processing, API usage, verification services and instant delivery, all purchases are generally considered final.

Refund Eligible Situations

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment deducted but service not delivered.
  • Technical failure caused by our system.
  • Duplicate payment for the same service.
  • Service unavailable due to confirmed platform error.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided for:

  • Incorrect information submitted by users.
  • Wrong Aadhaar, PAN, Mobile, Vehicle or Application details entered by users.
  • Government rejection of applications.
  • Third-party API charges already consumed.
  • Successfully delivered reports, PDFs or results.
  • User misunderstanding of service functionality.
  • Service delays beyond our reasonable control.
API & Third-Party Services

Many services rely on third-party API providers, technology partners and payment gateways. Once a request is submitted and third-party charges are incurred, such charges are generally non-refundable.

Document & Printing Services

For document generation, PDF creation, printing support and formatting services, refunds will not be available after successful generation or delivery of the requested output.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5 to 15 business days depending on the payment method, bank and payment gateway provider.

Right To Reject Refund Requests

SK CSC PRINT SERVICES reserves the right to reject refund requests where misuse, fraud, abuse of services, chargeback attempts or policy violations are detected.
